Mahalunge sits just west of Balewadi, between the Baner-Balewadi belt and Hinjewadi, and is part of the Hi-Tech City township scheme that PMRDA has planned across Mahalunge and Maan. Pristine Equilife is on the Baner-Balewadi Road behind the Balewadi sports stadium, on a site of about 8 acres with high-rise towers.
It is an all-2 BHK project. Carpet areas range from 487 to 643 sq ft, and prices run from ₹62 lakh to ₹81.73 lakh, rising evenly with size at about ₹12,700 per sq ft of carpet area. The smallest layouts, under 500 sq ft, are tight for a two-bedroom home, so the larger options around 600 sq ft are the better fit for a family.
No detailed amenity list is on record for Equilife, so ask the developer for the clubhouse and open-space plan. The location is the main draw. Hinjewadi, Baner, Wakad and Aundh are all nearby, the Mumbai-Bengaluru highway runs close by, and the Hinjewadi-Shivajinagar metro line (Line 3) follows the Balewadi corridor. Pristine Properties is better known for affordable housing in Wagholi and Pimpri-Chinchwad, so this is a more central address for the developer.
MahaRERA registration P52100022543 covers the project. Possession was scheduled for December 2023, and Equilife is now offered as ready to move. Check the registration page and ask whether the flat is fresh inventory or a resale before booking.
