Chikhali, on the northern edge of Pimpri-Chinchwad, is where Pristine Prosperia stands, at Newale Wasti near Vitthal Nagar. The area is served by the Pimpri, Chinchwad and Akurdi railway stations on the Pune-Lonavala suburban line, and it is close to the industrial areas around Bhosari and Chinchwad and to the Talawade IT park. Thermax Chowk and the Finolex Chowk junction are the nearest main crossroads.
Homes are compact. The 1 BHK has 331 sq ft of carpet area at ₹25.52 lakh, and the 2 BHK has 467 sq ft at ₹45.2 lakh. At under 470 sq ft, the 2 BHK is tight for a family, and its price per sq ft is noticeably higher than the 1 BHK's (about ₹9,700 against ₹7,700), so compare it with other Chikhali projects before deciding.
Amenities include an open-air lounge and activity zone, an open gym, a meditation area, pergola seating, a mini theatre and a herbal garden, along with 24-hour security and a guarded entrance lobby. Pristine Properties, the developer, has several affordable projects in Pimpri-Chinchwad and east Pune, including Pristine Greens in nearby Moshi.
