Pristine Palms is a completed 1 and 2 BHK project in Bakori, in the Wagholi Annexe area on Pune's eastern edge, on Wade Bolhai Road. It is part of Pristine Properties' cluster of affordable projects around Bakori, alongside Pristine City and Pristine Aakanksha. EON IT Park in Kharadi is the nearest large office hub, with the airport further west.
The 1 BHK homes are listed at ₹17.66 lakh to ₹21.99 lakh, and the 2 BHK homes at ₹26.2 lakh to ₹29.59 lakh. Published unit sizes run from 579 to 970 sq ft, but it is not clear whether these are carpet areas, so ask for the carpet area of the specific flat and compare prices on that basis.
Facilities include landscaped gardens, a jogging track, an open amphitheatre, a children's park and a multipurpose hall. The setting is semi-rural, with open land and low hills around, which some buyers will like and others will find far from city services. Pristine Properties builds mainly budget housing in east Pune and Pimpri-Chinchwad.
Palms is ready to move into, with possession recorded in March 2020, but no MahaRERA registration number is on record. Projects that were still under construction when MahaRERA registration began in 2017 generally had to register, so ask for the occupancy certificate and its date to confirm the project was exempt. Commutes through Wagholi on the Pune-Ahmednagar highway are slow at peak hours.
