For buyers on a tight budget, Pristine City offers 1 and 2 BHK flats in a large township at Bakori, just beyond Wagholi. The township is on BJS College Road, opposite the Weikfield Foods plant, and connects to the Pune-Ahmednagar highway at Wagholi and to Kesnand Phata. Kharadi and Viman Nagar are the nearest large office areas, and the Lexicon school is among the schools in the surrounding belt.
The 1 BHK homes are listed at ₹25 lakh to ₹26.41 lakh, and the 2 BHK homes at ₹35.82 lakh to ₹52.87 lakh. Carpet areas are not published. The gap between the two 2 BHK prices is large, so ask whether the higher figure is for a bigger layout, a different building or a later phase.
Within the township there are dedicated spaces for children and for senior citizens, landscaped lawns and gardens, an acupressure park, a clubhouse and a gym, with rainwater harvesting built in. Pristine Aakanksha, a smaller project by the same developer, shares this address. Pristine Properties has placed much of its affordable housing in this part of east Pune, and also builds in Pimpri-Chinchwad.
The project is complete, with possession recorded from July 2017 and MahaRERA registration P52100000913. Flats available now are likely to be resales, so check maintenance charges, the society's handover status and the condition of the building. The Pune-Ahmednagar highway through Wagholi is congested at peak hours, which matters for anyone commuting to Kharadi.
