Four apartments per floor is the main design point at Pristine Pronext, a 2 and 3 BHK project on Kaspate Wasti Road in Wakad. Kaspate Wasti is a settled residential pocket of Wakad, with the Mumbai-Bengaluru highway on one side and the Hinjewadi IT park to the west, which makes the address practical for IT staff who want city access as well.
The 2 BHK layouts have 649 to 705 sq ft of carpet area and are listed at ₹81.99 lakh to ₹84.99 lakh. The 3 BHK homes measure 787 to 853 sq ft and start at ₹99.95 lakh. Prices for the 3 BHK jump sharply, from ₹1.04 crore at 819 sq ft to ₹1.45 crore at 823 sq ft, and reach ₹1.50 crore for the largest unit. Size alone does not explain that gap, so ask what separates those units.
Common facilities include a clubhouse with a gym, a children's play area, a designed entrance lobby and 24-hour security. Pristine Properties is better known for affordable projects in east Pune and Pimpri-Chinchwad, and Pronext is one of its higher-priced addresses.
Registered with MahaRERA as P52100018913, the project had possession due in July 2023 and is now in its ready-to-move phase. Confirm the occupancy certificate and the status of the registration on the MahaRERA site, and get the price of your chosen unit in writing.
