Puppalaguda, Hyderabad

Puppalaguda is an old village in Gandipet mandal of Ranga Reddy district that has turned into one of the high-rise pockets of west Hyderabad. It sits south of the Financial District at Nanakramguda, with Manikonda to the east, Kokapet to the west and Narsingi to the south. It was part of Manikonda municipality until the recent reorganisation of Hyderabad's civic bodies, and now falls under the Cyberabad Municipal Corporation.

The pull here is proximity to offices. The Financial District, with large campuses of banks and technology firms, is next door, and Gachibowli and HITEC City are a short drive north. The Outer Ring Road can be joined at Narsingi, which puts the airport and the western growth areas within reach without crossing the city. Village lanes and older houses survive in the core, while the edges are lined with gated towers; Phoenix Triton is among the tallest. Everyday shopping is local, with larger malls and hospitals such as Continental Hospitals in the Financial District. Internal roads are narrow in places and several towers are under construction at the same time, so dust and trucks are part of life for now.

Buyers are mostly senior IT and finance professionals who want to live within a few kilometres of work, along with investors. Apartments are large and priced accordingly. IndiProp lists one project here: Lansum Encanto, with possession due in December 2029 and prices starting at about ₹3.64 crore. That is more than three years away, so buyers should look closely at the builder's construction schedule and payment plan. The nearest operating metro station is Raidurg, at the end of the Blue Line, so most residents still rely on cars and cabs.
