Lansum Properties

Lansum Properties is a Hyderabad developer chaired by K. Umesh, a mechanical engineer who spent 23 years in the Indian civil services in customs, excise and service tax before serving as chief executive of the NTR Memorial Trust. The company says it has been operating for more than 25 years, with over 25 completed projects and about 5 million sq ft built. Besides homes, it has worked on offices, schools and hotels, and it now builds in both Hyderabad and Visakhapatnam. Its office is in Jubilee Hills.

Its recent projects are aimed at the upper end of the west Hyderabad market around the Financial District. Lansum Elena in Kokapet offers three and four bedroom apartments of roughly 2,640 to 3,775 sq ft. Lansum Encanto, a joint project with MK, is at Puppalaguda on the edge of Kokapet and has larger three and four bedroom homes of about 4,000 to 5,000 sq ft. Both are close to the Outer Ring Road and the Nanakramguda and Gachibowli office districts. The company also has villa projects at Chevella, outside the city, and in Visakhapatnam.
