About Agrante Vanmaya Premium Residences
Vanmaya Premium Residences is a gated housing project by Agrante in Sector 106, Gurugram, just off the Dwarka Expressway, on land in the revenue estates of Dharampur and Babupur villages. The developer describes it as a low-rise, low-density community of 404 homes, with wide gaps between buildings and a separate lift lobby for each unit. Listed specifications include Italian marble flooring, engineered wood flooring in bedrooms, modular kitchens and machine-room-less lifts with stainless steel cabins. Open spaces are organised around two themed parks, one for reflection and one for play, along with herbal and fragrant gardens, yoga and meditation pavilions, children's lawns, walking trails, a celebration lawn, leisure courts and a zen court. Round-the-clock ambulance and paramedic support is also listed. The project has been registered with HRERA in two parts during 2025. Agrante's project page does not yet list unit sizes, prices, tower count or a handover date.
It is registered with the Haryana Real Estate Regulatory Authority (HRERA Gurugram) under RERA-GRG-2054-2025, RERA-GRG-2120-2025, with registration valid until December 2030.

Connectivity from Sector 106
- Dwarka Expressway (NH-248BB)Eight-lane expressway; the 19 km Haryana section opened on 11 March 2024 and the Delhi section on 17 August 2025. It runs north to Delhi and south to NH-48 at Kherki Daula.
- Gurugram Metro Line 2 – Sector 101 terminusUnder construction. Phase 1 (Millennium City Centre–Sector 101, 13 stations) began civil work in November 2025; Wikipedia gives 2028 as the expected opening.
