About Central Park Delphine
Delphine is Central Park's first residential project on the Dwarka Expressway side of Gurugram, located in Sector 104 where a 60-metre and a 24-metre road meet. As reported in November 2025, the development covers about 7.85 acres and will have six towers built in three phases, each registered separately with HRERA Gurugram. Two towers are planned for studio and one-bedroom homes, and four towers for 3 BHK and 4 BHK residences, with a final 'King Tower' in the last phase. The developer reported a total investment of about Rs 2,000 crore, with construction starting in 2026 and completion targeted for 2032. Planned facilities include two clubhouses, swimming pools, a banquet hall, wellness zones, a spa and salon, concierge services, a restaurant, landscaped open areas and a sky deck. The location offers road access to Delhi, IGI Airport, the Diplomatic Enclave and the Yashobhoomi convention centre area.
It is registered with the Haryana Real Estate Regulatory Authority (HRERA Gurugram) under RERA-GRG-2063-2025, RERA-GRG-2064-2025, RERA-GRG-2065-2025, with registration valid until November 2032.

- Dwarka Expressway (NH-248BB)Eight-lane expressway; the 19 km Haryana section opened on 11 March 2024 and the Delhi section on 17 August 2025. It runs north to Delhi and south to NH-48 at Kherki Daula.
- Gurugram Metro Line 2 – Sector 101 terminusUnder construction. Phase 1 (Millennium City Centre–Sector 101, 13 stations) began civil work in November 2025; Wikipedia gives 2028 as the expected opening.
- Indira Gandhi International Airport, DelhiReached via the Dwarka Expressway, which the government said gives direct connectivity to the airport.
