ATS Group

ATS Infrastructure Ltd, better known as the ATS Group, is a residential developer based in Noida. Getamber Anand founded it in 1998 and heads it as chairman and managing director. Its corporate office, ATS Tower, is in Sector 135, Noida. Most of its work is in the NCR, including Noida, Greater Noida and the Yamuna Expressway, but it also has projects in Punjab and Uttarakhand. Early NCR projects include ATS Greens and ATS Village in Noida. A related brand, ATS HomeKraft, launched ATS Pious Orchards in Sector 150, Noida in 2021. In 2019 ATS also took on project-management work to complete three stalled Logix Group projects in Noida. The company is privately held, and institutional investors such as HDFC Fund have invested in it.
