About Hero Homes T8 Gurugram
Tower 8 is the one tower in Hero Homes Sector 104 that was held back and registered on its own. Hero Realty now sells it as T8 Gurugram, a single high-rise of larger four-bedroom apartments inside the existing society on the Dwarka Expressway.
HRERA Gurugram registered it in 2023 as Hero Homes Tower 8 (RC/REP/HARERA/GGM/743/475/2023/87, project RERA-GRG-1417-2023). The filing covers 105 apartments: 103 with a carpet area of 1,528 sq ft and two of 1,378 sq ft. Hero Homes gives the size as 227.8 sq m, about 2,452 sq ft, which is the super area. The floor plan shows four bedrooms, a family lounge and several balconies. The declared completion date is September 2027.
Because the tower sits within an established complex, residents share the facilities already built for the wider society. These include a pool, gym, squash and tennis courts, indoor badminton, a putting green, a cricket pitch, a library, a restaurant and cafe, a spa, themed gardens and oxygen points. Vehicles stay off the ground level of the campus.
That arrangement cuts both ways. A buyer moves into a society with working amenities and neighbours already in place, but the club, pool and open areas are shared with more than a thousand other households, and construction activity will continue around one tower until it is finished.
The developer has not published a price for T8 and asks buyers to enquire. Compare the per-sq-ft rate on carpet area with the older towers and with newer launches in Sectors 102 to 106.
According to the project page, Cyber Hub is about 13 km away, Medanta Hospital about 13 km, Dwarka about 15.5 km and IGI Airport about 20 km.

Connectivity from Sector 104
- Dwarka Expressway (NH-248BB)Eight-lane expressway; the 19 km Haryana section opened on 11 March 2024 and the Delhi section on 17 August 2025. It runs north to Delhi and south to NH-48 at Kherki Daula.
