Hero Realty's first high-rise society on the Dwarka Expressway sits in Sector 104, and it was planned around a wellness theme. The site covers 9.05 acres, and the official page describes seven towers of G+36 floors, cast with Mivan aluminium formwork and oriented to follow the sun's path for daylight.
The HRERA Gurugram registration (RC/REP/HARERA/GGM/2018/24, project RERA-GRG-294-2019, filed by group company Vikas Parks) covers 1,039 apartments. The filing lists 321 two-bedroom homes of 684 sq ft carpet area and 3 BHK homes in three plans: 862 sq ft, 885 sq ft and 1,082 sq ft carpet. The sizes Hero Homes quotes, about 1,099 to 1,689 sq ft, are super areas. Listing data on the official page shows a range of ₹1.59 crore to ₹2.5 crore, tagged as resale demand, so confirm current pricing with the developer or the seller.
Tower 8 is registered separately and marketed as T8 Gurugram, with larger four-bedroom homes.
The completion date in the original HRERA form was August 2026, and the registration is now valid until February 2027. Buyers should check the handover and occupancy certificate status of the tower they are looking at.
The amenity list runs past 50 items. It includes oxygen points, healing and therapeutic gardens, a putting green, squash, tennis and indoor badminton courts, a cricket pitch, a pet zone, a library, a restaurant and cafe, spa and sauna, and EV charging. Cars stay off the ground level, and the homes come with app-based home automation.
The project page lists Columbia Asia Hospital at 7.6 km, Medanta at 13 km, Udyog Vihar at 13 km, Dwarka at 15 km and IGI Airport at 21 km. Road distances along the expressway can take longer at peak hours than the kilometres suggest.
