Shapoorji Pallonji Real Estate

Shapoorji Pallonji Real Estate is the property development business of the Shapoorji Pallonji Group, a Mumbai-based conglomerate whose history goes back to 1865 and which is also known for construction and engineering. The group's real estate work includes The Imperial towers in Mumbai, completed around 2010, and the Joyville brand, launched in 2016 for mid-income and affordable homes. It has also been involved in large projects abroad, such as Jumeirah Lake Towers in Dubai and Ebene Cyber City in Mauritius. In Gurugram, the company is developing The Dualis, a two-tower residential project in Sector 46 registered with HRERA in 2025. The real estate arm works across residential, commercial and mixed-use formats, with most of its housing projects in western and southern India and a growing presence in the National Capital Region.
