Ready to Move

Powai Lake is under two kilometres from Vicinia, which places the project on the Chandivali side of the Powai office district. Shapoorji Pallonji built it on a parcel of about 6.7 acres with eight high-rise towers, so it functions as a small township within Chandivali.
Two sizes appear in the listing. The 2 BHK is 888 sq ft of carpet at about ₹1.98 crore, and the 3 BHK is a generous 1,645 sq ft at ₹3.66 crore. Both work out to around ₹22,000 per sq ft, which is sensible for Chandivali and gives a buyer much more room than a similar budget buys in Bandra or Andheri. MahaRERA registration is P51800002564.
Possession was due in December 2021, and IndiProp shows Vicinia as ready to move. The complex should be complete and lived in. Prices above come from an older listing; check current rates with the developer or on resale.
Residents have a clubhouse, banquet space, health and sports facilities, a pool, gym and open lawns for children and older family members. For commuters, Saki Naka station on Metro Line 1 is close by, the Jogeshwari-Vikhroli Link Road connects to both highways, and the international airport is a short drive. Chandivali's own offices, film studios and the Powai business parks provide jobs nearby. The internal roads of Chandivali get congested at office hours, so factor that into daily travel.
