Given how old the listing is, treat the prices as indicative and confirm them with the developer.

Upvan Lake and the green edge of the Yeoor Hills are within walking range for morning walks, which is one of the quieter pleasures of this part of Thane. Pokhran Road 2 has schools, hospitals and shops along its length, and the Eastern Express Highway and Ghodbunder Road are a short drive away, though both roads slow down at peak hours.
