Binnypet, just west of Majestic, has changed a great deal as old mill land was redeveloped. Shapoorji Pallonji ParkWest is the largest housing project on that land. For buyers who want a new apartment close to the old city centre, it is one of the few choices of this size.
The listing covers a broad range of homes. The 1 BHK apartments started at about ₹52.33 lakh and the 2 BHK homes at around ₹1 crore. The 3 BHK homes ran from ₹1.22 crore to ₹1.94 crore, and the 4 BHK units, some of them penthouses, from ₹2.17 crore to ₹2.82 crore. Possession was due in November 2022. The project is shown here as Ready to Move. Prices are from an older listing, so confirm current rates and tower-wise availability with the developer.

Location is the strongest point. The Majestic bus station, the city railway station and the metro interchange at Majestic are all close. That makes daily travel easy without a car, which is uncommon for a project with this many facilities. Mysore Road is next door for trips west.
