The homes are offered as 3 BHK residences with a servant room, planned as three-side-open apartments that look towards the Aravalli hills. M3M lists a private lounge styled as a cafe and patisserie, a large swimming pool, club facilities and a formal arrival area among the amenities, along with fully fitted kitchens and generously sized bedrooms. Sector 67 sits between Golf Course Extension Road and Sohna Road, giving access to the Southern Peripheral Road and NH-48. The project is under construction; unit areas and prices were not published on the official page at the time of research.
It is registered with the Haryana Real Estate Regulatory Authority (HRERA Gurugram) under RERA-GRG-1734-2024, with registration valid until November 2029.
