M3M Soulitude is a low-rise housing community by M3M in Sector 89, Gurugram, developed on a plotted colony licensed under the Haryana Deen Dayal Jan Awas Yojana. The development covers about 30 acres and consists of boutique builder floors in stilt-plus-four buildings rather than high-rise towers. Homes are offered as 2 BHK and 3 BHK floors, with layout variants marketed as 2.5 and 3.5 BHK that add a flexible room; some units come with a customisable basement or a private terrace. Shared facilities include gyms, a pavilion, party lawns, multi-purpose sports courts, a pet park, an organic garden and a healing garden, and the colony has two entry points. The location is about two minutes from the Dwarka Expressway and around five minutes from NH-48, with IGI Airport roughly 30 minutes away. The project is being built in several HRERA-registered phases, including Soulitude 2, Soulitude 3 and Soulitude Central.
It is registered with the Haryana Real Estate Regulatory Authority (HRERA Gurugram) under RERA-GRG-1309-2023, RERA-GRG-1897-2025, RERA-GRG-2153-2026, with registration valid until July 2030.

- Gurgaon–Pataudi Road (NH-352W)Four-lane national highway (upgraded from a state highway in 2018) between Rewari and NH-48 in Gurugram; it crosses the Dwarka Expressway at Harsaru.
- Dwarka Expressway (NH-248BB)Haryana section open since 11 March 2024; it has an interchange with the Pataudi Road (NH-352W) at Harsaru.
