M3M Crown is a residential project by M3M India in Sector 111, Gurugram, on the Dwarka Expressway, within M3M's Smart City Delhi Airport (SCDA) township. Phase 1 was registered with HRERA in February 2023, with Metro Education & Welfare Private Limited as promoter alongside Blue Bell Buildtech and Oakwood Realty. Apartments are offered in 3.5 BHK and 4.5 BHK formats. The developer states that about 70 percent of the site is open landscape, laid out as themed gardens such as a butterfly valley, mist garden, zen garden, French garden and bamboo grove. A waterfront clubhouse with terraced gardens and a cafe anchors the facilities, which also include a gym, spa, swimming pool, courts for tennis, badminton and squash, a boxing ring, cricket nets, a climbing wall, an amphitheatre and a reading room. Urban Extension Road-II is a few minutes away and IGI Airport about seven minutes by road, according to the developer. The phase 1 registration runs until January 2028.
It is registered with the Haryana Real Estate Regulatory Authority (HRERA Gurugram) under RERA-GRG-1262-2023, with registration valid until January 2028.
