M3M Residences by Elie Saab is a branded residential project by M3M India with the fashion house Elie Saab, located in Sector 111, Gurugram, in a pocket the developer calls the Billionaire's Block within Smart City Delhi Airport. The group housing project occupies about 2.75 acres out of a larger licensed area of 6.47 hectares, and it was registered with HRERA in October 2025 with Metro Education & Welfare Private Limited as promoter. The residences feature private lift lobbies, tall ceilings and dual master suites with private jacuzzis. A clubhouse of more than 1.5 lakh sq ft is planned, with a pool, ice room, games area, sports bar, yoga studio, fitness studio, grooming studio, children's zone, lounges and dining outlets. The site is next to Aerocity and close to the Dwarka Expressway and Urban Extension Road-II. Unit configurations and sizes are not yet published on the developer's page. The HRERA registration is valid until February 2032.
It is registered with the Haryana Real Estate Regulatory Authority (HRERA Gurugram) under RERA-GRG-2048-2025, with registration valid until February 2032.
