About Sector 128, Noida
Sector 128 is on the Noida–Greater Noida Expressway, in the part of Noida that the Jaypee group developed as its Wish Town township. It is best known locally for Max Super Speciality Hospital, the 500-bed hospital that was called Jaypee Hospital until Max Healthcare bought a majority stake in September 2024. Jaypee Institute of Information Technology has also run an extension campus here since 2009.
Much of the older housing in the area came from Jaypee Infratech, which stalled on deliveries and went through insolvency. In 2023 the NCLT approved Suraksha Group's takeover, with a promise to finish homes for more than 20,000 buyers. Buyers of resale or older stock should check the delivery and title status of each tower.
Newer launches are aimed at the upper end of the market. Max Estates' Estate 128, for example, offers four- and five-bedroom homes, townhouses and sky villas at about 27 units per acre, with around 7 acres of landscaped green space and views over the expressway.
The sector suits buyers who want larger homes on the expressway with a major hospital in the same sector, and who will mostly drive, since no Aqua Line station is named for the sector.
