Max Estates Limited is the real estate company of the Max Group. It was set up in 2016 and is headquartered in Noida. The listed entity used to be called Max Ventures and Industries Limited, and a restructuring turned it into a business focused only on real estate. Its shares trade on the BSE and the NSE. The company builds office campuses and housing across Delhi NCR, and its design approach centres on occupant well-being, which it markets as 'LiveWell' for homes and 'WorkWell' for offices. In Noida its portfolio includes the Estate 128 housing project on the Noida Expressway corridor, Estate 105, Max One in Sector 16B, and the commercial assets Max Square and Max Towers. The senior-living community in Sector 150, Noida, carries the Antara brand, which belongs to Max India, another company in the Max Group.
