About L&T Green Reserve
Green Reserve sits on Plot 22B inside Jaypee Greens Wish Town in Sector 128, the gated township off the Noida-Greater Noida Expressway that is built around a golf course. L&T Realty says about 95% of the apartments face the course, and that more than 70% of the 6.1-acre site is left as open green space.
The plan has four residential towers with 3, 4 and 5 BHK apartments. The design follows an Art Deco theme, the entrance lobbies are double height, and the clubhouse measures about 65,000 sq ft. The developer lists a swimming pool, gym, restaurant, library, crèche and wellness facilities. Carpet areas and prices are not published on the developer's page, so buyers will need the current price sheet from the sales team before comparing it with other Sector 128 launches.

UP RERA lists the project in two parts. Towers 1 and 2 are registered under UPRERAPRJ459796/09/2025 and Towers 3 and 4 under UPRERAPRJ794300/09/2025, and both carry a completion date of May 2028. Sector 128 gives quick access to the DND Flyway and South Delhi, though the expressway itself is slow at peak hours.
