About Sector 115, Noida
Sector 115 is a Noida sector that takes in the village of Soharkha and is now home to large gated housing. The planned Faridabad–Noida–Ghaziabad (FNG) Expressway is aligned to pass along its eastern edge, running past Sectors 140, 115, 122 and 121, although most of the Uttar Pradesh stretch of that road is still unfinished.
The sector's main housing development is County Group's Ivory County, promoted by ThemeCounty Pvt. Ltd. The developer describes a 28-acre gated community with about 11 acres of landscaping, offering 3, 4 and 5 bedroom apartments, with three phases each registered separately with UP RERA. Amenities listed include a sports area with padel, tennis and cricket practice nets, a nursery hub, an amphitheatre and a yoga garden.
Metro access is the main gap. There is no station in the sector today. NMRC lists an 11-station, 17.4 km Aqua Line extension from Sector 51 to Knowledge Park V in Greater Noida as an upcoming project, and earlier plans for that corridor named stations at Sectors 122 and 123, but no opening date has been announced.
Sector 115 suits families who want a large, amenity-rich gated community with bigger apartments and who are happy to rely on road travel for now.
