Kalpataru Limited is a real estate developer based in Mumbai. It says it has been growing for more than 57 years and has completed over 130 projects, about 33.9 lakh sq m in total. Most of its work is in the Mumbai region, including Thane and Navi Mumbai, and in Pune. It also has projects in Nagpur, Indore, Hyderabad, Chennai, Jodhpur, Kolkata and Noida. Its Noida project is Kalpataru Vista in Sector 128, on the Noida-Greater Noida Expressway. Vista has twin towers with 3 and 4 BHK homes and duplexes and is registered with UP RERA as UPRERAPRJ14980. The company says the occupancy certificate has been received and handovers are in progress.
