Sector 151, Noida

Sector 151 belongs to the southern stretch of the Noida–Greater Noida Expressway corridor, a part of Noida where large group-housing plots sit alongside IT campuses. The Aqua Line of the Noida Metro runs along this corridor, with stations at Sectors 146, 147 and 148 serving the surrounding sectors since January 2019.

Much of the new housing here is still being built. Experion Saatori, a group-housing project on a plot in Block GH of Sector 151, is planned as three towers of 3 and 4 bedroom apartments with a Zen-inspired design theme, and was registered with UP RERA in 2026. Buyers in this part of Noida are typically buying into a longer-term story: a planned expressway neighbourhood with workplaces nearby rather than a finished, lived-in market.

Employment is the corridor's main draw. Tata Consultancy Services has a campus in Sector 157, which Experion places about 2.2 km from its project, and the Union government's metro approval note cites Microsoft at Sector 145 among the hubs along the line. Noida International Airport at Jewar, which opened for commercial flights in June 2026, adds to the area's appeal for frequent travellers.

Sector 151 suits people working along the expressway, and buyers who are comfortable with under-construction homes and a neighbourhood whose shops and services are still maturing.
