About Sector 88A, Gurgaon
Sector 88A is a New Gurgaon sector in the revenue estate of Harsaru village. Harsaru is where the Dwarka Expressway meets the Gurgaon–Pataudi Road (NH-352W) at an interchange, which gives the sector unusually direct access to both roads. In December 2025, the Department of Town Planning approved revised layout plans for Sector 88A and its neighbours 88B, 89A, 89V, 95A and 95B, realigning main roads and setting aside land for parks, schools, hospitals and markets under Gurugram's Master Plan 2031.
IndiProp's September 2026 count shows 10 valid HRERA registrations in the sector. Residential projects include Signature Global Imperial, ROF Insignia Park 88, Emperium Titan, Flora Avenue 88A and Godrej Icon (spanning 88A and 89A). There is also a commercial stream, including India Worldmart, India Rashtra, Wal Street 88A and Devasya Bharat.
Garhi Harsaru Junction railway station, which also has a container depot, is named after the same area. A proposed Sector 56–Pachgaon metro line lists a stop for Sector 88, though it is not yet approved for construction. Sector 88A suits buyers who want quick expressway access on the western side of the city and are comfortable moving into a sector whose road layout has only recently been finalised.
