Signature Global

Signature Global is a Gurugram-based residential developer that began operations in 2014 with a focus on affordable housing under Haryana's housing policies. It widened its range to mid-income homes from 2017 and moved into premium group housing in 2024, while also working on township and independent-floor projects. The company listed its shares on the BSE and NSE in 2023. According to its website, it has completed more than 50 projects and delivered over 19 million sq ft, with a further pipeline of over 23 million sq ft, much of it in Gurugram along the Dwarka Expressway, the Southern Peripheral Road and Sohna. The firm is led by founder and chairman Pradeep Kumar Aggarwal and reports a joint venture with RMZ Group for commercial real estate.
