Rustomjee

Rustomjee is the brand of Keystone Realtors Limited, a Mumbai developer founded in 1995 by Boman Rustom Irani. Its first residential project, Rustomjee Regency in Dahisar, was launched in 1996, and the company moved into the upper end of the market in 2001 with 9 JVPD in Juhu. Keystone Realtors is listed on the NSE and BSE. The company says it has built homes for more than 18,000 families and has a pipeline of over 47 million sq ft across ongoing and upcoming projects, much of it through redevelopment and what it calls an asset-light approach.

The portfolio covers most of the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. Rustomjee Global City in Virar is its large township on the northern edge of the region. In the western suburbs it has Rustomjee Elements in Juhu, Rustomjee Paramount in Khar, launched in 2014, and Rustomjee Summit in Borivali, while Rustomjee Seasons is in Bandra East. Closer to the island city are Rustomjee Crown in Prabhadevi, taken up in 2018 under a development management agreement, and the Yazarina and Garden projects in Dadar. In Thane, Rustomjee Urbania and Rustomjee La Vie serve buyers who want more space for the money than the suburbs offer.
