Prabhadevi sits between Worli and Dadar, around the Siddhivinayak temple, and it is here that Rustomjee built Crown, a set of residential towers rising to 68 floors on a land parcel of about 5.75 acres. Possession was due in June 2023, and IndiProp lists the project as Ready to Move. Buyers are looking at a finished building, so a site visit will show exactly what the money buys.
The apartments are large by Mumbai standards. Three-bedroom homes range from 1,334 sq ft to 1,935 sq ft carpet area, and four-bedroom homes from 1,580 sq ft to 2,179 sq ft. Rustomjee also markets 5 BHK residences here. Listed prices began at about ₹9.45 crore for the smallest 3 BHK and went up to roughly ₹18.62 crore for the largest 4 BHK. These figures come from an earlier listing, so current inventory or resale pricing should be confirmed with the developer.
Facilities include an all-weather pool, a private cinema, cabanas, a clubhouse with a spa, sauna and jacuzzi, a gym, squash and tennis courts, indoor games and a library, set within landscaped gardens in a gated estate. Location does much of the work. Dadar station, the offices and restaurants of Lower Parel and the Worli sea face are all nearby, and the Bandra-Worli Sea Link and the coastal road have made the western suburbs and south Mumbai quicker to reach. The trade-off is density. Towers of 68 storeys house a lot of households, and the older streets around Prabhadevi can be slow in the evening.
