La Vie is one cluster within Rustomjee Urbania, the developer's township at Majiwada in Thane West. The cluster covers about 8.5 acres, with eight towers of 55 storeys arranged around a central park, and the wider township extends over roughly 100 acres.

Two-bedroom apartments measure 579 sq ft to 601 sq ft carpet area and were listed between ₹1.49 crore and ₹1.55 crore, while three-bedroom units of 882 sq ft and 932 sq ft were priced at ₹2.02 crore and ₹2.13 crore. Every apartment comes with a sundeck. Families moving from older Thane flats should compare these figures carefully, because a two-bedroom home under 600 sq ft is a tight fit for four people. Possession is listed for December 2027 under MahaRERA registration P51700050803, so this is an under-construction purchase with more than a year still to run.
Leisure areas are spread over three levels, and the township adds a food court, shops in a retail arcade, a party lawn and concierge services, with security around the clock. The facility list covers a clubhouse, swimming pool, gym, tennis, squash, badminton and basketball courts, a jogging track, yoga areas, indoor games and a library.
Majiwada sits where the Eastern Express Highway meets Ghodbunder Road, which makes it one of the better-connected corners of Thane. Viviana Mall and Korum Mall are nearby, Thane station is about ten minutes by road, and the office clusters in Powai, Vikhroli and Ghansoli can be reached along the highway or across the Airoli bridge. The Majiwada junction is often jammed at rush hour, and that is the usual cost of living next to it.
