Birla Estates

Birla Estates is the real estate development company of the Aditya Birla Group. It was incorporated in 2017 and has its registered base in Mumbai. The company develops residential projects in Mumbai, Pune, Bengaluru and the NCR, and brands its homes under the 'LifeDesigned' label. In Gurugram it has several large projects: Birla Navya, a low-rise builder-floor community of more than 47 acres in Sector 63A on the Golf Course Extension Road; Birla Arika, a 4 BHK high-rise project on about 13 acres in Sector 31 off NH-48; and Birla Pravaah, a five-tower apartment project on the Southern Peripheral Road in Sector 71. Its newer Gurugram projects carry IGBC green building ratings or pre-certifications, and its larger sites are released in HRERA-registered phases. Some projects are developed through partnership entities, such as Avarna Projects LLP for Birla Navya.
