On a 14-acre parcel off Pokhran Road in Thane West, TenX Habitat was one of Raymond Realty's first residential projects. It concentrates on smaller homes: one-bedroom apartments of 408 sq ft carpet area were listed at ₹1.03 crore, and two-bedroom units of 565 sq ft to 670 sq ft were priced between about ₹1.42 crore and ₹1.68 crore, with floor and outlook changing the rate for otherwise identical plans.
Possession was due in December 2025, and IndiProp shows the project as Ready to Move. The MahaRERA registration is P51700019265. The prices above were published earlier, so confirm current rates and what stock remains before deciding.
About 1,500 trees fill the central landscaped area, and the developer counts more than 50 amenities across the landscape, the towers and the clubhouse. They include a swimming pool, gym, tennis, badminton, squash and basketball courts, a jogging and cycle track, yoga areas, a spa, sauna and jacuzzi, a library, indoor games and a party hall. Rainwater harvesting and a sewage treatment plant are part of the services.
The homes suit singles, couples and small families most. A two-bedroom flat under 700 sq ft of carpet area works for three people but gets crowded with a fourth, and parents who need a study or a guest room should look at the larger plans or elsewhere. Jupiter, Bethany and Titan hospitals are all in the area. Pokhran Road connects to the Eastern Express Highway and to Majiwada, which keeps Thane station, Wagle Estate and Ghodbunder Road within a short drive.
