About Raymond Ten X Era
Raymond Realty's Thane projects sit on the company's own land along Pokhran Road, and Ten X Era is a newer addition: three towers of 38 floors on about 3.74 acres, holding 301 homes in all. The central landscaping includes around 1,500 trees.
There are two unit types. The 2 BHK measures about 615 sq ft and was listed at ₹1.43 crore, and the 3 BHK is about 814 sq ft at ₹1.89 crore. Those sizes are compact for the price band. A three-bedroom home of 814 sq ft means small rooms, so it is worth walking through a sample flat before booking.
The project is registered with MahaRERA under P51700049520 and P51700049592. Possession is listed for January 2029, more than two years away. That suits buyers who are not in a hurry and can manage a construction-linked payment plan, and less so anyone paying rent in the meantime. Facilities include a clubhouse, swimming pool, gym, tennis, badminton, squash and basketball courts, a jogging and cycle track, yoga areas, a spa, sauna and jacuzzi, indoor games, a library and a party hall. Homes come with modular kitchens.
Pokhran Road is one of the main residential spines of Thane West, running from the highway side of the city towards the Yeoor Hills. Schools, hospitals and daily shopping are well established along it, and Thane station, Wagle Estate and the Majiwada junction are all a short drive away. Raymond's earlier Thane project, TenX Habitat, is in the same area, which gives buyers a nearby Raymond building to look at when judging finish and upkeep.
