About Nyati Elan
Wagholi has become one of east Pune's main budget housing markets, largely because it sits on the Pune-Ahmednagar highway a few kilometres beyond Kharadi's EON IT Park and the World Trade Center. Nyati Elan is a Nyati Group project here with compact 1 and 2 BHK homes.
Listed 1 BHK homes measure 379 to 435 sq ft carpet area and cost ₹39.02 lakh to ₹44.79 lakh. The 2 BHK list is harder to read. Four units are shown at just 439 to 453 sq ft for ₹44.96 lakh to ₹46.39 lakh, closer to a large 1 BHK than a typical 2 BHK, while a 691 sq ft 2 BHK is listed at ₹65 lakh. Check the exact configuration and carpet area in the agreement.
Common facilities include a clubhouse, swimming pool, gym, jogging track, a yoga area and play spaces for children. Schools such as JSPM and Lexicon are in the area, and the Ranjangaon industrial belt lies further up the highway, which supports rental demand from both IT and manufacturing staff.
Nyati Group, active in Pune since 1997, registered Elan in phases, with MahaRERA numbers P52100025599, P52100029008 and P52100029005. The project is listed as ready to move, with possession from September 2021, so confirm which phase a given unit belongs to and whether its occupancy certificate is in place. Highway traffic through Wagholi is heavy at peak hours, and the trip to Kharadi can take far longer than the distance suggests.
