About Srijan Orizon
Srijan Realty has taken its latest project south, to Jagaddal on B.C. Roy Road, just off the Southern EM Bypass. Orizon covers 8.3 acres with six towers of 17 to 23 storeys and 702 homes, every one of them a 3 BHK. The site has two entrances from the Bypass side, and Srijan also points to a second route out towards Kamalgazi.
Two layouts are on offer. A 3 BHK with two toilets is listed at 1,236 sq ft and starts at ₹85 lakh, while a 3 BHK with three toilets at 1,615 sq ft starts at ₹1.10 crore. Srijan does not say whether these are carpet or super built-up areas. The WBRERA filing for Phase 1 (370 flats on 30,160 sq m of total carpet area) suggests they are super built-up, so ask for the carpet figure of each flat.
The design brief is unusual in one respect. Srijan says the common areas are barrier-free, with ramps, lift cars wide enough for a wheelchair, Braille and voice-enabled lift controls, accessible toilets and reserved parking. Homes are open on three sides, about 80% of the land is kept open, and there is a podium garden of about 21,000 sq ft and a clubhouse of about 33,000 sq ft. Amenities include a pool and kids' pool, gym, banquet hall, café, library, co-working space, home theatre and courts for badminton and other games. The project has IGBC Platinum pre-certification, with solar power for common areas and EV charging.
Phase 1 is registered as WBRERA/P/SOU/2026/004474 with completion due by March 2031. The RERA portal lists construction as not yet started and the developer gives 2031 as the possession year, so this is a long wait for anyone who needs a home soon.
