Srijan Realty

Srijan Realty is a developer based in Kolkata, with its head office on Elgin Road. It grew out of NK Realtors, a property marketing business, and began its own development work in 2003. It builds residential, commercial and warehousing projects in Kolkata, Asansol and Burdwan in eastern India, and in Chennai. Its portfolio includes the housing projects Orizon, Ozone and Laguna Bay, the Primus Ganges senior-living project, the WestCom commercial building and several logistics parks. Srijan Optima is on Rajarhat Main Road near Rajarhat Chowmatha. It has 14 towers and about 1,446 apartments in 2 BHK, 3 BHK and 4 BHK duplex formats, is registered in two phases with WB RERA and is due for completion in 2034.
