Rajarhat Main Road, on the stretch beyond Rajarhat Chowmatha towards Kamduni, is where DTC Projects is building DTC Downtown, a six-tower development of 2, 3 and 4 BHK flats. The towers rise to B+G+29 floors and the developer counts more than 1,300 homes. WBRERA records split the project into two phases. Phase 1 (WBRERA/P/NOR/2026/004195) has 656 apartments due for completion by December 2032, and Phase 2 (WBRERA/P/NOR/2026/004692) adds 657 more, due by December 2033. The two registered phases cover about 8.6 acres, although DTC's own page speaks of a 10-acre site.

The unit plans list RERA carpet areas of 573 sq ft for the 2 BHK, 675 sq ft for the 3 BHK and 1,193 sq ft for the 4 BHK. The larger sizes in the advertising (965, 1,120 and 2,010 sq ft) are super built-up figures, so compare carpet with carpet when you look at other projects. DTC quotes the 2 BHK from ₹56 lakh. Its 3 and 4 BHK prices differ between sections of the same page (₹67 lakh or ₹75 lakh, and ₹1 crore or ₹1.25 crore), so ask for a written price sheet.

Much of the case for the project rests on space outside the flats. DTC says about 72% of the land is open to the sky, with an 80-foot entrance road, a podium deck of roughly 1 lakh sq ft kept free of cars, and a large clubhouse with a pool, gym, banquet hall, bowling and a mini theatre.

For daily travel, DTC gives drive times of about 9 minutes to Apex Hospital, 18 minutes to DPS Megacity, 19 minutes to City Centre 2 and around 30 minutes to the airport. Sector V and the New Town offices are a longer run along the same corridor. The first phase is more than six years from its completion date, so this suits a buyer who can wait.
