About DTC Still Waters
Families moving up to a larger flat, and willing to live a little beyond the New Town grid, are the obvious audience for DTC Still Waters. The project is at Hatishala, off New Town, on a site of about 5.1 acres that the WBRERA record places in the Bhangar-II block of South 24 Parganas. DTC plans 452 homes, all 3 and 4 BHK, arranged around a lily pond, and says roughly 70% of the land stays open.
The unit plans are clear on sizes. The 3 BHK Smart has a carpet area of 702 sq ft (1,160 sq ft super built-up), the 3 BHK with three toilets has 941 sq ft carpet (1,550 sq ft super built-up) and the 4 BHK has 1,264 sq ft carpet (2,030 sq ft super built-up). DTC's page mentions a starting price of ₹90 lakh in one place and ₹1 crore for the 3 BHK in its enquiry form, with 4 BHK homes from ₹1.35 crore. Confirm the current figure before booking.
Amenities include an infinity-edge pool facing the water, jogging and cycling tracks, sports courts, a fruit garden, a pet zone, an amphitheatre and multi-level parking. The clubhouse lists a gym, yoga deck, indoor games, a banquet hall, a senior citizens' lounge, a crèche and guest suites.
The project is registered as WBRERA/P/SOU/2025/003379. One point needs checking: the RERA portal shows it as under construction but gives a completion date of 4 May 2026, which has already passed. Ask DTC for the revised handover schedule and any extension filed with WBRERA. DTC gives drive times of about 12 minutes to DPS Megacity and Rajarhat Crossing, 19 minutes to City Centre 2 and 23 minutes to Eco Park.
