Siddhashila Iris is a small, completed project here, off the bypass road in Bavdhan Budruk, with about 100 apartments on a gated plot of a little over 2 acres.
All homes are 3 BHK. The listing gives prices of ₹87.87 lakh and ₹1.28 crore for two plan types, though carpet areas are not stated and the gap between the two figures suggests quite different sizes. Ask for the carpet area and the date of any price quoted, since most sales here will now be resales.
Facilities include a clubhouse, swimming pool, gym, a jogging track and a children's play area, backed by power backup, CCTV and fire-fighting systems. From Bavdhan, Kothrud and Karve Road are close, Hinjewadi can be reached along the bypass towards Wakad, and Baner and Aundh are a short drive north.
