The 3 BHK list is inconsistent: 983 sq ft at ₹1.5 crore, 1,018 sq ft at ₹1.8 crore and 1,089 sq ft at ₹1.15 crore, so the largest 3 BHK is shown as the cheapest. Ask for the current price list before comparing value.
Facilities include a clubhouse, swimming pool, gym, yoga area, jogging track and play areas for children, with rainwater harvesting and a sewage treatment plant. From Bavdhan, Kothrud and Baner are close, Aundh is a short drive, and Hinjewadi can be reached via the Mumbai-Bengaluru highway bypass.
