Siddhashila Group

Siddhashila Group is a Pune developer run from Siddhashila House on Bhandarkar Road, Deccan Gymkhana. Its website does not give a founding year. Completed work includes smaller projects in older parts of the city, such as Madhusagar in Model Colony, Trishala in Mukund Nagar and Samaira on Bibwewadi-Kondhwa Road. Individual projects are registered through project companies, for example Siddhashila Promoters & Developers LLP for Eela, which is the name buyers will see on MahaRERA.

In recent years its focus has shifted to the western edge of Pimpri-Chinchwad. Punawale is now its main market, with Eela, Eira and the newer EEVVA, plus Theia, a commercial building. Wakad has Treasure Troves, W57 and the WBiz office project. Closer to the city it has Aabha in Aundh, Manik Signia on Senapati Bapat Road and Iris in Bavdhan. The listed prices fall into two distinct groups. Eela and W57 start at about ₹28 lakh to ₹39 lakh for 1 BHK flats, while Aabha and Manik Signia start at about ₹1.5 crore to ₹1.9 crore. Mid-priced options sit in between, such as Eira in Punawale and Iris in Bavdhan.
