Goel Ganga Legend is a township of roughly 35 acres in Bavdhan, on Pune's western edge, planned in four sectors. Kothrud is a few minutes away, Chandani Chowk connects it to the Mumbai-Bengaluru highway, and Hinjewadi, Baner, Pashan and the Savitribai Phule Pune University area are all within commuting range.
The homes in this registration are 2 and 3 BHK flats. The 2 BHK plans measure 666 to 737 sq ft of carpet area and cost about ₹66.1 lakh to ₹73.2 lakh. The 3 BHK range is wide, from a 947 sq ft plan at about ₹92.1 lakh to 1,244 sq ft at about ₹1.21 crore, so the smallest and largest 3 BHK are quite different homes.
Township facilities are the main draw. There is a sports complex spread over about 12.5 acres, a high-street retail block of around 70,000 sq ft, nature trails and an 80 m skywalk with views of the hills. GG International School, affiliated to the CBSE and IB boards, is inside the campus, which saves families a school run. The builder, Goel Ganga Developments, has been developing housing across Pune for many years.
