Ready to Move

Electronic City Phase 2 has drawn a steady line of mid-budget housing over the last decade, and Shriram Liberty Square was built squarely for that buyer. The project sits in Glass Factory Layout, across the road from Concorde Southscape and near the Gold Coin Club, on a site of roughly 6 acres.
Possession was due in December 2022, so IndiProp shows the project as ready to move, with the towers complete or in handover. It was priced from ₹52.1 lakh for a 2 BHK and ₹60.4 lakh for a 3 BHK. Those numbers date from the selling period, so confirm current prices, and any resale stock, with the developer before you fix a budget. The RERA registration number is PRM/KA/RERA/1251/308/PR/190330/002519.
The homes are 2 and 3 BHK layouts that the developer describes as Vaastu compliant. Carpet areas are not stated on the listing. At these price levels that is the first thing to ask about, since a low ticket size can come with compact bedrooms. The clubhouse has a swimming pool, a gym, table tennis, a basketball court and a meditation room, and the grounds include an amphitheatre and a banquet hall.
Work is the main reason to look here. Tech Mahindra and TCS both run large campuses in Electronic City, and Phase 1, home to Infosys, is a short drive away. Hosur Road and its elevated expressway carry traffic north towards Silk Board, and the Namma Metro Yellow Line along Hosur Road has given the area a rail link into the city as well. For a first home close to an Electronic City job, the project is worth a visit.
