Prestige Parklane is pitched at buyers who want a first home, or a rental, near Kempegowda International Airport. It stands in Muddenahalli village within the Hitech Defence and Aerospace Park Phase 2 area at Devanahalli, on 11.76 acres. There are 1,788 homes in nine towers of 25 storeys each, built over three levels of basement parking. Prices start at ₹65 lakh, and the project is registered with Karnataka RERA as PRM/KA/RERA/1251/309/PR/150926/008941.
The mix is 1, 2 and 3 BHK, ranging from 567 to 1,801 sq ft; Prestige does not say whether these are carpet or saleable figures, so confirm before comparing. The towers are curved to open up views from the balconies, inward-facing homes look over the central garden, and the developer says most units follow Vastu. Larger homes are served by fewer units per lift.
The central landscape carries a swimming pool and a kids' pool, with pickleball and paddle courts, cricket practice nets, a multipurpose court, an outdoor gym, a jogging track, a pet park, a party lawn and a vegetable garden around it.
The trade-off is distance. Devanahalli suits people who work near the airport, the aerospace park or the northern tech corridor, but a daily commute into central or south Bengaluru is long. Prestige has not put a possession date on the page, so check the completion date in the RERA filing before booking.
