Evergreen is a new phase inside Prestige Raintree Park, the Prestige Group township off Varthur Main Road in Whitefield. The developer lists it on 24 acres with about 2,000 homes, which makes it a large community by any measure. The headline mix is 2, 3 and 4 BHK, though the published plans also include a handful of compact 1 BHK layouts. The 3 BHK range is broad, with standard, large and study variants, and the 4 BHK homes come in three-bathroom and four-bathroom versions. Prestige has not put carpet areas or a possession date on its page, so ask for both, and check the RERA completion date, before comparing Evergreen with other Whitefield launches.
Within the township, residents get a lagoon pool, an indoor family pool, a kids' pool, tennis, basketball, squash, badminton and paddle courts, a cricket practice pitch, pickleball, a spa and salon, a mini theatre, a reading room and a party hall. A clinic, a pharmacy, a bakery and shops are planned on site, which should cut down small errands. The landscape includes a grove trail, a butterfly garden and a walkway along a linear water feature.
Whitefield is home to ITPL, and Marathahalli, Kadugodi and Bellandur are within reach. Varthur Road is slow at peak hours, which is worth factoring in for anyone commuting towards the Outer Ring Road.
