Mira Road East has seen a string of JP Infra towers over the past decade, and Codename StarLife is the developer's current project in the Kashimira part of the suburb, on Vinay Nagar Road. It is registered with MahaRERA as P51700054275 and has two wings, A (A1 and A2) and B (B1 and B2), with shop units in a mall at the base.
JP Infra offers 1, 2 and 3 BHK flats here. Its project pages do not publish carpet areas or a unit-wise price list. The current campaign quotes ₹89.99 lakh as the starting price for select 2 BHK flats, before stamp duty, registration and possession charges. Ask for RERA carpet areas and an all-in cost before comparing it with other Mira Road towers.
The amenity list is long for a two-wing project: a swimming pool and kids' pool, gym, yoga room, steam and sauna, indoor games room, library, café, banquet hall and lawn, a multipurpose court and a pickleball court, a jogging track, play areas for toddlers and older children, a senior citizens' room, a business centre, guest rooms and a temple. The renderings place the pool and a running track on the podium.
JP Infra has already delivered several towers under its North brand around Vinay Nagar, including North Barcelona, North Alexa and North Estella, so the builder has a record in the neighbourhood. The developer does not state a possession date, so check the completion date filed on MahaRERA before booking. Commuting is the other thing to weigh. The Western Express Highway and Mira Road station are the main links to the city and both are crowded at peak hours, while Metro Line 9 towards Dahisar should help once it runs fully.

Mira Road and Bhayandar sit just north of Dahisar, on the Western Railway suburban line and the Metro 9 corridor, and they offer bigger homes for the money than the western suburbs of the city. The trade-off is a longer commute for people working in BKC or South Mumbai.
