Raymond Realty

Raymond Realty is the property business of the Raymond group, the textile and apparel company founded in 1925. Raymond began building homes in 2019 in Thane. In 2025 the realty business was demerged from Raymond Ltd into a separate company, Raymond Realty Limited, and shareholders received one Raymond Realty share for each Raymond share they held. It was listed on the NSE and BSE on 1 July 2025. Gautam Hari Singhania chairs the company, and Harmohan Sahni is Managing Director and CEO.

Its first project, Ten X Habitat in Thane, won several industry awards between 2019 and 2021 and set the pattern for the company: large towers with compact homes aimed at first-time and upgrading buyers. Ten X Era is a later Thane project under the same brand. The company has since moved into higher-priced housing under other names, including The Address by GS in Bandra and Invictus by GS, and it takes on joint development projects in Mumbai. Both Ten X projects listed on IndiProp are in Thane, which suits buyers working in Thane or along the Eastern Express Highway.
