About Purva Westend Fresco
Kudlu Gate, on Hosur Road between Bommanahalli and Electronic City, is where Puravankara built Purva Westend, a project themed on theatre and the arts and named after London's West End. Fresco, the F tower, was released later as a limited set of homes within the same development.
Possession was due in December 2022, so IndiProp shows the tower as ready to move, with homes complete or in handover. The listing shows a 2 BHK at ₹1.19 crore and 3 BHK homes at ₹1.43 crore and ₹1.51 crore, with the largest 3 BHK, at 1,901 sq ft, listed at ₹1.9 crore. These prices are from an earlier period, so confirm current figures with the developer. The RERA registration is PRM/KA/RERA/1251/310/PR/190129/002310.
The arts theme runs through the amenities. There is an open-air cinema screen beside an amphitheatre. Elsewhere you will find a wall left for graffiti, a walkway designed like piano keys and a swimming pool shaped like a guitar headstock. A culture club and a central boulevard with fountains complete the plan. Standard facilities include a gym, sauna, spa, jacuzzi, library, and courts for tennis, squash, badminton and basketball. A smart living-room package from Samsung was offered as an optional upgrade.
The location is practical. The project faces the Kudlu Gate station on the Namma Metro Yellow Line, which runs along Hosur Road towards Silk Board and Electronic City. The developer says Electronic City Phase 1 is about ten minutes away, and the NICE Road junction about 5 km. HSR Layout and its shops and restaurants are just north. Traffic on Hosur Road is heavy, but having a metro station across the road makes it easier to avoid.
