Prices seen on the listing ranged from about ₹91.67 lakh to ₹1.09 crore for a 2 BHK, ₹1.17 crore to ₹1.42 crore for a 3 BHK, and roughly ₹1.7 crore for a 4 BHK. These are old figures. Almost every sale here now will be a resale, so compare with recent transactions in the society rather than relying on them. No RERA number appears in the listing, which is common for projects that were well advanced before registration became mandatory, but it is worth asking.
On location, the stated distances are about 2.5 km to Hosur Road, 3 km to HSR Layout and 4 km to the junction of Sarjapur Road and the Outer Ring Road. That places the society between two of the city's main office corridors, Electronic City to the south and the ORR tech parks to the north-east.
The campus has an amphitheatre, a cricket pitch, a skating rink, a squash court, a jogging track, a swimming pool with a separate toddlers' pool, a multipurpose court and a children's play area. On the services side there is a water treatment plant, a sewage treatment plant, an organic waste converter and fire protection systems. For a buyer, the questions worth asking now are about maintenance charges, the condition of the lifts and common areas, and the resale price trend within the complex.
